Introduction to WebEx
WebEx - The WebEx Support Center provides a dynamic environment
for conducting real-time customer support sessions over the Web.
WebEx enables IMPAC client services personnel to view and
remotely control your IMPAC software thereby solving problems
over the Web.
New WebEx Users
Before participating in your first interactive meeting using the
Support Center on your computer, you must set up the WebEx
Meeting Manager. This one-time, automated setup usually takes
just a few seconds with a high-speed Internet connection and
several minutes with a slow connection. Just follow the
on-screen instructions available via the New User? link.
Joining A Session
If you are joining a pre-scheduled support session, you will
need to enter the support session number and name forwarded to
you by your IMPAC Client Services representative. |
