Advanced Training
IMPAC
offers Advanced Training for clients which are hands-on, fee-based
classes on a variety of topics. These are designed to
further educate customers about using the IMPAC oncology
management system, and getting the most from your software.
These courses are offered in-house at IMPAC offices in
Henderson, NV and Cambridge, MA as well as regionally at
locations throughout the world.

IMPAC also offers
eLearning Courses
that will provide you the knowledge to create and manage useful
Multi-ACCESS or MOSAIQ focused reports. These courses are
supplemental to the Crystal Report courses, which take place in
our IMPAC offices. All Business Objects eLearning courses give you
12-month access, so you can take the course at your own
pace.
Video Library
An extensive library of training videos and recorded
training sessions, to help further educate staff on specific
features of the IMPAC oncology management system, is located on
the SupportPlus website.
