offers a series of additional training courses aimed at further
educating staff about using the IMPAC system. We offer training
courses for a reasonable fee in our United States offices and
regionally throughout the world. These courses
are also frequently offered with continuing education credits,
making them an even more valuable investment. Check out a sample

Super User Training
Super User Training is a system administration and
application training course designed for the lead IMPAC user in
your department. IMPAC currently offers Super User tracks for
Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology. Each of the courses
within the Super User track may be taken separately as well. Once the
track is completed, attendees act as
the ‘go-to’ person in the organization and extend the use and
support of the IMPAC system.
Under-the-Hood
To effectively troubleshoot any problem, it is important to
understand all of the components involved. Designed for
Information Systems (IS) or Information Technology (IT) staff
responsible for maintaining the IMPAC oncology management system, IMPAC’s two-day
Under-the-Hood class provides technical training and tips to
assist you with troubleshooting problems in your IMPAC
environment.
Crystal Report Writer
One of IMPAC's most popular courses, the Crystal Report Writer
series focuses on using Crystal Reports to transform the raw
data compiled by the IMPAC system into meaningful reports.
Courses are offered at Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced
