Today, IMPAC's systems are operating in more than 2,500
installations throughout 60 countries and the company enjoys an
exceptional 99% customer retention rate.
IMPAC strives to keep pace with ongoing product developments and
the needs of our customers and recently launched the industry's
first customer support portal, My IMPAC. This tool makes it even
easier for customers to log support calls, update records, and
gather documentation. It is just another example how IMPAC keeps
