IMPAC Software provides customer support
by email and by phone for all customers with an IMPAC Software oncology
management system, regardless of service contract. Customers may
email support requests to us at
support@impac.com.
Phone
Support Hours
IMPAC Software provides phone support for Multi-ACCESS and MOSAIQ during business hours, 8:00AM to
5:00PM local time, Monday-Friday. Customers that require phone
support outside of these hours may register for 24/5 phone support
as part of our Premium Support Package.

Handling
IMPAC Software provides local support numbers based on the current geographic
distribution of our customers. IMPAC Software phone support is currently
provided in English, German, and French during business hours.
IMPAC Software advises customers outside of the countries listed below
to contact IMPAC Software support via their local Business Unit or via email

IMPAC Software service representative will contact the customer by phone to
respond to the support issue if required.
