Support Services help customers more fully leverage the IMPAC
oncology management system through customized support resources.
Premium Services are offered as an
upgrade to the Standard support plan for customers using
Multi-ACCESS or MOSAIQ. Customers may purchase all services as
part of a complete Premium Support Package or select services a
la carte. This flexibility gives customers the ability to select
additional services to best meets their needs in a given year.
