System-Wide
Reporting
Effective management requires effective decision support.
IMPAC’s reporting options are designed to help your center
realize the full potential of your oncology management solution
by turning the raw data compiled by routine system use, into
informative reports that support good decision making.
Standard & Custom Reporting
Any data routinely compiled during day-to-day operation of
your oncology management system is available for reporting –
registration data, scheduled activity, treatment and charting
information, billable and non-billable procedures, insurance
profiles, and more. IMPAC includes over 150 standard reports
depending on the products and features in use at your center, as
well as the ability to customize individual reports to meet your
center’s specific requirements. IMPAC customizations and custom
reporting is powered by Business Objects’ Crystal Reports®, a
leading third party report writing tool that lets you craft your
reports to meet the specific needs of your program.
Data Visualization & Analysis
ANALYTIQ™ is IMPAC’s new data visualization and analysis tool
that creates an interactive, graphical environment to explore,
segment, and analyze large volumes of data. Direct data
visualization enables quick discovery of trends, anomalies and
relations, and immediate exploration of their root causes. Each
ANALYTIQ module provides a series of ‘perspectives’ that are
categorized by the analysis to be performed.
And upon completion of an analysis, a perspective can be
exported to other types of programs – spreadsheets, statistical
packages, word processors – for additional analysis, electronic
distribution, or data archiving.
Decision Support
With IMPAC’s reporting and data visualization tools, you can
analyze your center’s performance and identify areas for
improvement. For example, you can conduct charge audits to
prevent lost charges, confirm charge accuracy, and substantiate
claims; study referral patterns to support new marketing
campaigns, perform case mix analyses to determine areas for
program expansion; examine workflow trends to help forecast
staffing needs; and monitor your overall therapy process to
better coordinate clinical and administrative activity in a
single or multi-center environment.

The valuable information
brought to light by IMPAC’s oncology management solution helps
cancer programs plan for expansion, substantiate performance,
and ultimately refine clinical practices to continuously improve
patient outcomes and forward population-based cancer research.
