IMPAC is committed to the development of cancer care. The company offers ongoing professional education awards and also encourages the adoption of standards to support the interoperability of multi-component systems. Learn more about our current programs below.

OpenRT Certification
IMPAC’s OpenRT Certification program establishes compliance, validation, deployment, and support standards to support the interoperability of multi-component systems and to enhance quality of care.

Oncology Data Alliance
The mission of the IMPAC Oncology Data Alliance (ODA) is to improve patient cancer care through the analysis of aggregate oncology data.

Pathology Informatics Scholarship
The Pathology Informatics Scholarship is sponsored by IMPAC, the Association of Pathology Informatics (API), and the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Foundation and supports further training in pathology informatics through two (2), three-week rotations: one at IMPAC’s headquarters and one elective rotation at a facility specializing in pathology informatics. The grant will provide up to $5000 to offset expenses incurred during the program. For more information, please contact the CAP Foundation by telephone (800-323-4040 ext 7740) or email (CAPFdn@cap.org). Download the application form now.

Laboratory Professional of the Year
IMPAC’s Laboratory Professional of the Year program honors outstanding laboratory staff members who have made valuable contributions to the success of their clinical or anatomic pathology lab throughout the year.

Registrar of the Year
IMPAC’s Registrar of the Year program honors outstanding IMPAC cancer registrars who have made valuable contributions to the success of the registry and have expanded their contributions to the broader facility and community.

NODB Voluntary Call for Data
IMPAC registry customers regularly contribute data to IMPAC’s National Oncology DataBase™ (NODB) through quality-checked submissions directly from their registry software. In return, IMPAC provides primary site-specific aggregate data reports to contributors via the Internet. IMPAC’s registry customers can use this information to generate annual reports, internal comparative reviews, and much more.

Total Solutions
IMPAC has initiated the Total Solutions program to encourage targeted customers to adopt our comprehensive suite of products, and work closely with IMPAC on expanding and improving that product suite.
