Services for customers with Multi-ACCESSTM and MOSAIQTM.
IMPAC has a long track record in maintaining high customer support
standards and has experienced an unprecedented customer retention
rate of more than 95% for its oncology management system over the
last 15 years. IMPAC’s Premium Support Services help customers
more fully leverage the IMPAC oncology management system through
customized support resources.
"Since the company’s inception in 1990, IMPAC has always
focused on continually improving our support services to best
meet our customer needs," explained Leonard Lyons, vice
president for Client Services. "Over the past four years, we
have grown our staff every year by 30%, completely reengineered
our internal education program, and developed new online support
features to give our customers access to the most current,
web-based support technology. Our new line of Premium Services
allows us to continue meeting the evolving needs of our
customers by providing enhanced services."
New Premium Support Services include Monthly Account
Management, Test Server Configuration, Onsite Technical Service
Visit, 24/5 Phone Support, and the Reporting Service Package.
Customers who select the Premium Support Package will also
receive complimentary training tuition for four days of in-house
training at IMPAC offices or regional training.
Customers may add Premium Services to their service contract
at any point in the service agreement. Fees for Premium Support
Services are assessed annually in addition to the standard
maintenance and support fee. Customers may also package all
services under the Premium Support Package and introductory
package pricing is available.
