IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc., a leading provider of

announced today the formation of IMPAC Global Systems, Inc. (IGS)
to increase the support and sales of IMPAC’s oncology management
systems to international markets. IGS will operate out of IMPAC’s
new international headquarters located outside London in Staines,
England.

Since 1992 IMPAC systems have been distributed internationally
through a relationship with Siemens Medical Solutions. In an
effort to further support international cancer centers IGS has
signed additional distribution agreements with Tema Sinergie S.R.L.
in Italy, and Computerized Medical Systems (CMS) in Japan. These
agreements will help to provide IGS direct representation in
Western European and Asian oncology markets.
