Inc., today announced the release of Précis–Central, equipped with
Advanced Record Consolidation allowing fully automated record
consolidation with logical rules for complete central registry
management. Précis–Central will be demonstrated at the annual
meeting of the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA) May
24-26 in Orlando, Florida.
Précis (pronounced pray-seez) means a concise summary of essential
points or facts – an abstract. Précis-Central means advanced
record consolidation or the ability to evaluate all values for
each field where more than one value has been submitted, and
choose the most logical value. The new feature provides an
innovative solution to manual case matching by automatically
selecting the best data to populate the field. Included in this
functionality is the ability for users to view what
auto-consolidation has occurred and if necessary “un-do” any
unwanted data dispositions.
