All new employees participate in a formal New Hire Orientation
program that serves as an introduction to the IMPAC organization,
company policies / procedures and business systems. Beyond this
initial introduction to IMPAC,
an extensive selection of internal classes are available for
each department with a curriculum designed around the particular
training needs of that department.
Within the Client Service
department new hires participate in a formal training program
called IMPAC University. This
program is aimed at providing the product, service and technical
knowledge essential for delivering quality customer service.
Continuous learning is encouraged through participation in internal,
as well as external training / seminars which are incorporated into
an employee’s development plan. IMPAC also offers a tuition
reimbursement program for employees in pursuit of a degree from an
accredited university or college.
